Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the rules for cancellations and refunds for services purchased from Mystic Answers. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Content and Services

Our primary services consist of digital content, including AI-generated readings and reports. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of providing this digital content, we have a strict no-refund policy.

2. Loss of Cancellation Right for Digital Content

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply to digital content if you have provided your express consent to receive it immediately and have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel.

By purchasing any AI-generated reading or other instant digital content from our site, you are providing this express consent and acknowledging the loss of your cancellation right once the content delivery begins.

3. Human Consultation Services

For any live, human-led consultations booked through our service, you may cancel for a full refund provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

All sales are considered final. However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable technical failure which prevented the delivery of the purchased service.
