Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy details the terms for refunds and cancellations for services purchased from Mystic Answers. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Final Sale of Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital goods and services, which are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final. By purchasing AI-generated readings or other digital content from us, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any statutory right to a 'cooling-off' period or withdrawal.
2. Discretionary Refunds
While all sales are final, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. A discretionary refund may be considered in instances of a documented technical failure preventing the delivery of the purchased service. To request a review for a discretionary refund, please contact our support team at mysticanswer@gmail.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
3. Cancellation of Human Consultations
For optional human consultations that are scheduled in advance, you may cancel for a full refund if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund.
4. Role of Payment Processor
Our payment processor is Stripe. Any transaction disputes or chargebacks initiated through Stripe will be handled in accordance with their policies and procedures. However, we encourage you to contact us directly at mysticanswer@gmail.com first to resolve any issues.
